Salmon Pie

Ingredients

Onion

Pie Dough

Instructions
Sauté onion and garlic in 1 tbsp butter
Combine breadcrumbs and cheese.
Divide dough in half make bottom crust.
Sprinkle with half crumb mix, onion mix, all the egg, salmon and dill then remaining onion mix and crumb mix
Drizzle with remaining 2 tbsp butter and spread with sour cream combine with egg yolks and salt
Roll out top dough brush pastry with egg mix, cut slits to allow steam to escape
Bake at 375°F for 1 hour, until pastry is golden, wait 10 minutes before cutting
Notes
Refrigerate bottom crust until ready to stop it from sticking
