Dot's Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar, White
  • ½ cup Water warm
  • 2 cup Milk scalding
  • 4 tbsp Lard
  • 2 cup Water
  • 9 cup Flour, All Purpose White
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix yeast, 1 tsp sugar and warm water, let stand 20 minutes.
  • Mix yeast, mix the rest of ingredients, Use up to 2 cups of flour to roll dough and work liquid into flour.
  • Bake 350°F for 30-40 minutes
