Divinity Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Sugar, White
  • cup Corn Syrup, White
  • ½ cup Water hot
  • 2 Egg White
  • Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Stir together sugar, syrup, and water. Boil until it threads from spoon
  • Then boil for 2 or 3 minutes until it gets bubbly and feels thick when stirring. Beat egg whites, add vanilla, and gradually beat in above mixture after it has been off heat for 2 or 3 minutes
  • Beat until it will stand up when dropped from spoon or waxed paper, add nuts.
