Apple Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Sugar, White
  • ¼ cup Lard
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 ½ cup Flour, All Purpose White
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 8 Apples
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix first 3 ingredients together
  • Then add in the rest.
  • Bake at 350°F for a half hour
