Salmon Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 Onion medium, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Butter melted, divided
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs fresh
  • cup Cheese, Parmesan
  • Pie Dough
  • 3 Egg hard boiled
  • 1 can Salmon drained
  • cup Dill chopped
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Sauté onion and garlic in 1 tbsp butter
  • Combine breadcrumbs and cheese.
  • Divide dough in half make bottom crust.
  • Sprinkle with half crumb mix, onion mix, all the egg, salmon and dill then remaining onion mix and crumb mix
  • Drizzle with remaining 2 tbsp butter and spread with sour cream combine with egg yolks and salt
  • Roll out top dough brush pastry with egg mix, cut slits to allow steam to escape
  • Bake at 375°F for 1 hour, until pastry is golden, wait 10 minutes before cutting

Notes

Refrigerate bottom crust until ready to stop it from sticking
