Dot's Bread
Ingredients
- 2 pkt Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar, White
- ½ cup Water warm
- 2 cup Milk scalding
- 4 tbsp Lard
- 2 cup Water
- 9 cup Flour, All Purpose White
- 3 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Mix yeast, 1 tsp sugar and warm water, let stand 20 minutes.
- Mix yeast, mix the rest of ingredients, Use up to 2 cups of flour to roll dough and work liquid into flour.
- Bake 350°F for 30-40 minutes
