Pineapple Vodka Cocktail

Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add the pineapple juice, vodka and lime juice and stir to combine.

Pour a splash of grenadine along the side of the glass. It will settle to the bottom to make a ruby red layer at the base. Garnish with fresh pineapple or pineapple leaves.
